About Bendigo Bank Home Loans

Bendigo Bank is an ASX-listed customer-owned bank — not part of the big-four group. It offers three distinct variable home loan products for owner-occupiers, each aimed at different borrower needs.

The Express Home Loan (6.04% p.a.) is the lowest rate but available for refinancing only — not for new purchases. If you are buying a home or taking out a new loan, you need the Easy Home Loan (6.13% p.a.) instead, which is open to all borrowers at ≤80% LVR with no ongoing fees. The Flex Home Loan (6.18% p.a.) adds a 100% offset account and accepts LVR up to 95%, making it suitable for borrowers with smaller deposits.

All three products include free redraw and unlimited extra repayments. Deposits held with Bendigo Bank are covered by the government guarantee up to $250,000.
